About the Journal

Management and Applied Learning in Local and Adventure Tourism (MALALA) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by CV. Get Press Indonesia, with e-ISSN number (Coming Soon). This journal provides a platform for academics, researchers, and professionals to contribute to high-quality research in the fields of management and development of sustainable tourism. Management and Applied Learning in Local and Adventure Tourism (MALALA) has been indexed by the International Copernicus ICI (Coming Soon), Google Scholar, and Crossreff (Coming Soon) from 2025 to present. This recognition acknowledges the journal's quality and contribution to the exchange of scientific knowledge.

All articles are freely available online under the CC BY license and are published quarterly. Submission and peer review are free of charge. Management and Applied Learning in Local and Adventure Tourism (MALALA) is dedicated to pioneering and disseminating high-quality research in management and tourism studies. All submitted manuscripts must comply with the Journal of Management and Applied Learning in Local and Adventure Tourism (MALALA) policy as described in the Publication Ethics based on the COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines, the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association  (OASPA) for the principles of transparency and best practices for scientific publication. This journal does not accept advertising and does not send direct marketing to any parties.
